Brother is, as they say, "at your side" and probably has just what you need in labels, printer cartridges and tape. Here at the shop we can get more than 140 Brother products for you or your company. Japanese roots

We have to go back more than 100 years to the Pacific coast, specifically to Nagoya to follow in the first footsteps of Brother, a group that today provides products and services worldwide across 17 production sites and 52 sales outlets.

In 1968, Denmark also came on the map through Brother Nordic A/S, which initially had typewriters and knitting machines for private and business as sales objects. In the same year, they take over a highly acclaimed sewing machine factory in Manchester, boosting the UK market. The range has since offered printers, fax machines and label machines mixed with a high-quality selection of laser printers, laser and inkjet multifunction machines, mobile printers as well as a sea of scanners, the unique label system P-touch and QL label printers. In short, everything in communication and information equipment.

Switching to office technology

A high-speed dot matrix printer – the first of its kind in 1971. You have to keep your tongue straight to pronounce this product name, but it doesn't matter as much since it was this invention that particularly propelled Brother to the leading position they hold today. Electronic typewriters are also gaining ground in the mid-80s, and consumers are really embracing the manufacturer. The fax may seem long extinct, but in 1987 it was considered an indispensable communication device. Brother's minimalist and effective "take" on it made it hugely popular. And with rapid steps, the first label printer came on the market the following year with a wide selection of some of the most durable label products the world has yet seen.

Design your office with style and function in mind

I think we all know the feeling of being a little taken by surprise if there is a mess in the office and workplace cramped due to PC and printer equipment that is both noisy and bulky! In 1995, Brother managed to merge several tasks with its small, nifty laser multifunction printer. Scanning, faxing, telephone and a number of other daily communication tasks could now be done from one and the same machine. The company is thus seriously waving its competitors by the neck. Also, the multifunctional inkjet printer became a success with its narrow, colorful design and quite low noise level.

Even if you are small, you can make a big difference

Miniature is not only fun and fascinating, it can also be immensely effective. In 2002, Brother launches a stand-alone mobile printer, much to the delight of a wide range of organisations, including the British Transport Police, for whom mobility is essential. The British blind and curtain dealer Hillarys also caught the eye of the clever little printer.

The big breakthrough in 2007

The name is L-700S and becomes a class example of Brother's innovative ability. This brand new RFID label printer makes it possible to create identification tags for radio frequency – a task that had previously been associated with high implementation costs.
