Muovitech
Muovitech thinks and lives green
We need to take care of the planet's resources – and there are many ways you can do that. One of them is to choose geoenergy from Muovitech, which we proudly negotiate. Because even though the development is going well and the turnover has long since passed 27 million, every single one of their solutions within telecommunications and pressure water pipes has been created with consideration for the environment and our descendants.
For 20 years, the more than 100 group and factory workers have stood together for transparency, entrepreneurship and technical know-how, and they have, among other things, taken the lead when it came to P-mark certification of complete solar collector systems. Let's take a look at the way to get there.
Heimo Ojala and the 3 stalwart sons
In 2002, the foundation stones were laid in the middle of Syvherredsbygden – a thriving commercial and textile area – for the now world-renowned energy company. Juna, Kari and Mika – the men behind the dark sunglasses on Muovitech's corporate site – firmly believed in Father Heimo's vision of a greener planet.
Already the following year, the Finns see the potential of the family business and exports are launched. 3 years later, production facilities follow on Finnish – and later Polish – ground. In 2008, the launch of the TurboCollector is literally accelerated further – the many benefits of which you can get updated on below. The innovative range is now going to 7 countries.
Faster and better flow with unique solar cell technology
The Ojala family, as you can probably sense, quickly got beyond the steppes with its consumption optimization solutions. They have transferred this impressive flow to the energy collector, TurboCollector – a 100% recyclable solar collector with significantly better heat transfer properties, and which has been sold to more than 100,000 households since 2008. Compared to a traditional smoother, it delivers 33% lower drilling resistance.
The TC is available in several dimensions: 32mm, 40mm, 45mm and 50mm, which solves any space problems around drilling. The increased turbulence also ensures fewer operating hours and even after 50 years, the system is easy to recycle.
Torsional stability is a critical point when we talk about solar energy, which is why Muovitech does everything possible to ensure transport to its destination, e.g. through length and weight adjustment. The collector is made of PE100 and PE100RC, which place themselves at the absolute top level in terms of strength, creep and crack resistance. The material is lightweight and corrosion-free. RC refers to cracking and this type is extra resistant to stress cracking.
England, Holland and Norway aboard the energy trolley
From 2010 to 2016, geoenergy is gaining ground with a larger assortment of distribution chambers, while new environmentally friendly factories are springing up like beautiful Dutch tulips. The rapid growth, which in just 17 years amounted to 76,224,127 collectors sold in Sweden alone, will lead the investment company, Ernströmgruppen, to sign a flourishing purchase agreement of Muovitech in 2021.

Have you become hooked on solar and geoenergy? Denmark is lovely, even when it's cold! In fact, it has its advantages when it comes to solar cells and photovoltaic systems, as the Nordic climate increases the voltage level, which makes the cells extra efficient. You also benefit from the Albedo effect – when the snow falls white and fine over town and country, the sunbeams are reflected back to the panel and give them a boost. We can help you procure valves, distributors and seals as well as large-scale collector wells and geothermal pipes for your Muovitech plant.
