Payment
Bels.dk accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express
- MobilePay
No additional fees will be charged.
The approved amount is withdrawn from your credit card when the goods are sent from www.bels.dk. All prices include VAT and handling. The right is reserved to price and electronic transmission errors. The contract is concluded in Danish. Wish to see previous orders? Use customer login to make sure you get the material, size, colour etc. next time.
Freight
We offer a low shipping price of DKK 69 in Denmark. Shipping prices in rest of Europa is starts at a low price of DKK 129.
Receiving control
Please make sure you get the agreed upon number of items without defects immediately after receiving the package. Contact us as soon as possible at info@bels.dk in case of faults, incorrect or defective goods.
Fast delivery
All goods are sent by PostNord, GLS or carrier.
When placing an order for stock items before 17:00 on weekdays (Friday: 14:30 am) the package will be delivered in Denmark during the next weekday. In the rest of Europa it will be shipped the next weekday and delivered as soon as possible.
Partial Delivery
In case of remote storage or occasional delay your order will be delivered as one whole unit. For an extra fee you are able to have it partial delivered as we sent the items when they are on stock – simply state the order number at info@bels.dk.
You will receive an email as soon as the shipment is on its way.
Click and collect
Please note that www.bels.dk does not operate with click and collect!
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without particular reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform our customer service of your decision by an unequivocal statement at info@bels.dk or via the form below. Withdrawal cannot be made by refusing to accept delivery unless clearly informing us before the period expires.
Returning some of the goods
You can return one or more items from the same order. When returning one or more parts note that freight costs will not be refunded.
Overall returning of goods
You shall send back goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. Customers incur costs of returning and are liable for the goods from the time of delivery. In order to get a full refund, we encourage you to use the original box when returning goods. Note that you can only return a complete cable reel.
If you wish to return goods using PostNord make sure the package measurement does not exceed 150 cm in length and 300 cm in width. You will be charged a volume fee for return packages longer than 120 cm. Maximum cost for returning such large packages is in Denmark approximately DKK 2.000.-
Condition of return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
www.bels.dk cannot be held liable for unsuitable or inappropriate use, faulty assembly, own repair or commissioning by the customer or third parties. Products can be tested within reason, if neglected returns may not be accepted for a full refund.
To avoid loss or damage please use the original packaging.
Effects of withdrawal
Should you wish to withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your original payment method unless other agreements have been made. In case of wear and tear the value of such is withdrawn. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Note that we do not accept returns to a drop point or cash on delivery. Only home delivery is accepted.
B2B withdrawal terms
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods from external sources in B2B contracts.
Claims
We are here to help should you receive faulty goods.
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Purchase Act for 24 months. This means that you can either get a faulty item repaired, replaced, refunded or a price reduction depending on the situation. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not the result of incorrect use of the product.
Defects must be reported within reasonable time from the day you become aware of such. Claims made within two months after discovering defects will always be accepted.
If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs incurred when sending the item back to us. Goods must always be well packaged. Remember to get proof of postage.

Note that we do not accept packages sent COD or similar.
To assess your claim, we ask you describe defects or occurrence of damage in as many details as possible. Please state the order number and include pictures for more precise documentation.
As a B2B customer claims can be made for 6 months from the time of discovering defects.
Privacy policy
www.bels.dk collects the following data in order to do business with you and deliver the goods:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
Your personal information is stored with bels for five years after which everything is deleted.
We cooperate with companies who stores data on our behalf and neither are allowed to use them for their own purposes. All personal information to which you give consent is processed by European companies only or within countries that provide adequate protection.
Bels.dk ApS is in charge of data control.
Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties.
You are entitled to know which data we treat about you.
If you believe that the personal data we treat about you is inaccurate, you are entitled to have it corrected. You can contact us and inform us of the inaccuracies and how it can be corrected. In some cases, we will have an obligation to delete your personal data. This applies, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we obtained it. You may also contact us at info@bels.dk if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law or other legal obligations.
