Dafa Dafa pipe collar 260 ø40-110mm

DAFA universal pipe and cable collars are used as air sealing when passing to round and square pipes
as well as cables and ceiling outlets.
The collar is mounted directly on the vapor barrier simply, quickly and safely.
The product consists of a black, soft and flexible EPDM cloth imposed on a very strong adhesive acrylic adhesive.
The adhesive is specially developed for sealing and lamination of PE and PP vapor barriers and has been tested.
The 1.2 mm thick EPDM cloth comes with pre-punched markings for pipes and channels, an orange PL can or cables.

The pipe and cable collars have been tested at the Danish Technological Institute for airtightness at 50 Pa (airtightness for ceiling box
0.01 l/s per piece at 50 Pa and airtightness for spiro tubes 0.07 l/s per piece at 50 Pa).
Universal collars are mounted without subsequent use of sealing, glue, grouting, etc. and requires no special tools.
Both EPDM cloth and adhesive are usable from -40 to +100 °C.

Cable collar markings 195:
- ø55 mm fit a ø80 mm PL ceiling box. NOTE. Only PL box with special rubber stoppers
can be used with DAFA universal cable collar.
- 4 pcs. ø7 mm fits cord E7 and ø10 to ø22 mm cable.

Pipe collar markings 260:
- ø25 mm fits round pipes from ø40 mm to ø60 mm
- ø45 mm fits round pipes from ø60 mm to ø90 mm
- ø70 mm fits round pipes from ø90 mm to ø110 mm

Markings in pipe collar 345:
- ø60 mm fits round pipes from ø80 mm to ø125 mm
- ø100 mm fits round pipes from ø125 mm to ø160 mm and for square pipes 100x150 mm and 150x150 mm
NOTE: Square pipes are sealed with DAFA green vapor barrier tape between pipe and collar.
- ø135 mm fits round pipes from ø160 mm to ø200 mm

Pipe collar markings 520:
- ø150 mm fits round pipes from ø200 to ø250 mm
- ø190 mm fits round pipes from ø250 to ø315 mm
- ø255 mm fits round pipes from ø315 to ø400 mm
NOTE: Can also be used for square pipes, which are sealed with DAFA green vapor barrier tape between pipe and collar.
