Terms and conditions of sale – Bels.dk ApS 

 

These terms apply to both private individuals and businesses.

Payment 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Dankort, and MobilePay. No payment fees apply. Payment is only charged when goods are shipped. Prices are inclusive of VAT and current at the time of order. 

 

Shipping & delivery 

Flat shipping rate: DKK 49 within Denmark. 

Delivery via PostNord, GLS or freight carrier. Orders placed before 17:00 (Friday 14:30) on weekdays are dispatched the next business day. 

Partial deliveries are only made upon request and incur a fee of DKK 49. 

 

Right of withdrawal (B2C only) 
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the goods. You must notify us in writing at info@bels.dk. You are responsible for return shipping and liable for any diminished value due to handling beyond normal evaluation. 

 

Returns 
Returns must be made within 14 days after cancellation notice. Return costs are borne by the customer. Goods must be returned in original packaging to avoid depreciation. 

 

Exceptions 
Custom-made or personalised goods cannot be returned. B2B orders for special-order items are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds 
Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation notice, using the original payment method, and may be withheld until the item is received or proof of return is provided. 

 

Complaints & warranty 
Private customers have a 24-month warranty under Danish law. Businesses are entitled to a 6-month warranty. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, ideally within 2 months of discovering a defect. Return shipping for justified claims will be reimbursed. 

 

Privacy policy 
We collect personal data to fulfill your order. Data is stored securely and only shared with processors within the EU. You may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting info@bels.dk. 

 

Dispute resolution 
Complaints can be directed to naevneneshus.dk or via the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
