Right of withdrawal 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the receipt of the last item. 

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notification must be sent to info@bels.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may use the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of these terms. 

 

You cannot simply refuse to accept delivery without clearly notifying us of your intention to withdraw. 

 

Partial withdrawal 

If you have purchased several items in one order, you may return one or more of them individually. 

Note: You will not be refunded for shipping costs if you only withdraw part of the purchase. 

 

Returns 

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. 
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item, and you bear the risk from the time of delivery. 

 

Missing original packaging may lead to a depreciation in value. To ensure a full refund, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging. 

Some items cannot be returned via standard postal services. This applies to items exceeding the following PostNord size limits: 

 

  • Maximum length: 150 cm 

  • Total of length and girth must not exceed 300 cm 

  • Note: A volume surcharge may apply for items over 120 cm in length

  • Estimated maximum return shipping cost for oversized items: DKK 2,000.00

 

No right of withdrawal 

You cannot withdraw from the following agreements: 

  • Delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
