NilAIR is an air distribution system where the air distribution between the unit and fittings takes place via highly flexible
and assembly-friendly NilAIR pipes.
Via the patented NilAIR ''Click System'' the installation of NilAIR pipes can be carried out without the use of tools.
The NilAIR system consists of only a few main components, and the NilAIR pipes are delivered in rolls.
All NilAIR components are made of 0.9 mm alu-zinc and thus corrosion-resistant and extremely dimensionally stable.
Everything is prepared to withstand a possible casting in concrete.
NilAIR pipes:
The pipes are built in two layers. An external grooved surface increases strength and flexibility, and the internal smooth
surface prevents fouling and increases ease of cleaning.
NilAIR pipes are produced from pure new PE-HD that is environmentally and recyclable.
The pipes have an external diameter of ø75 mm, which makes it easy to place them under the ceiling insulation, in terrain decks
or 1st floor folding layers above the deck element. NilAIR pipes are dimensionally stable and can be laid in concrete.
The pipes are formed with an ordinary hobby knife.
NilAIR distributor boxes:
Distribution boxes for supply and exhaust ventilation, which are intended for installation in the attic or floor.
The air distributor box is available in two sizes with a height of 105 mm.
NilAIR luminaire boxes:
The luminaire boxes are prepared for mounting the grille or valve. The supply air boxes have built-in choke blends,
whereby air volumes can be fine-tuned as needed.
-Luminaire boxes type G are mounted in floors and are prepared for grid type Elegance. The box comes with sliding studs
for height adjustment. Suitable for supply air.
-Luminaire boxes type L are mounted on ceiling or wall and are prepared for lattice type Elegance.
Suitable for supply and extraction.
-Luminaire box type LV is mounted in ceiling or wall and is prepared for valves.
Suitable for supply and exhaust ventilation.
