Use

Soudafoam SMX® NBS gun - is an expanding foam without free isocyanate.
Soudafoam SMX® hardens by absorption of moisture and is best performed on moderately moist porous surfaces (such as, wood, concrete, stone).
On non-porous surfaces, the best execution is achieved when the surface is almost dry and when the joint/cavity is no deeper than 7.5 cm.
Cavities deeper than approx. 7 cm should be filled with several layers (wait 45 min. between layers). Colors are white.

Areas of application:
· Filling voids
· Sealing of all openings in roof structures
· Creating soundproofing screen
· Improves thermal insulation
· Installation of doors and window frames
· Installation and sealing of doors and window frames
· Connection of insulation materials and roof structures.

Processing:Method:
Shake the aerosol can at least 20 seconds before use. Mount the gun on the adapter. Moisten sucking surfaces with water atomizer before application. Fill cracks by 75% as the foam expands. Repeat shaking the can regularly during application. If working with several layers, then moisten between the layers. Fresh foam can be removed with Soudal Foam Remover or acetone. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.
Application temperature: -10°C to +30°C. (The temperature of the can is recommended 20-25°C.)
Cleaning: With Soudal Gun & Foamcleaner before curing.
