We offer the following sizes lkvh cable and wiring ducts:

• 50x37, on which you can break slots without using tools
• 50x50, which, thanks to predetermined break points, easily align with the floor 
• 75x37 halogen-free channel with upper part and cut-out at the bottom
• 75x50 for horizontal and vertical routing of cable and wire in the cabinet
• 75x75, which is halogen-free according to DIN EN 50085-2-3
• 75x125, which is a DIN channel version

All are available in the color ral 7035, and the channels are protected against creepage current.

UL-CSA ducts from ABB

If there is one thing, ABB cares about, it is safe electrical installations. This applies both privately and for business purposes. They use self-extinguishing thermoplastics in the manufacture of these conduits. It can feel like a jungle to find head and tail in all the legal requirements. 

You may be familiar with the CE marking. This symbol authorizes the manufacturer to sell the product in Europe. Products that carry the CE mark meet high health, safety, performance and environmental requirements.

The CE mark differs from UL or CSA in that these can be used when governing organizations have tested and approved that products meet the applicable standards. We provide a simplified outline of what is means when conduits carry a ul csa certification. This is the case for several of ABB's slotted cable trunking systems.

UL certification refers to American electrical safety. It stands for "Underwriter Laboratories" and is basically only valid for the USA. There are variations of the UL mark, the primary ones being UL Listed and UL Recognized Component.

Roughly outlined the differences are:

UL Listed 

This designation means that UL has tested representative samples of a product and determined whether it meets specific requirements. If the product passes the test, the manufacturer has the right to use the official UL mark for quality assurance and marketing purposes. UL listed products are sometimes evaluated for compliance with energy efficiency, use in gas fired equipment, plumbing and signaling applications.

If the product is UL-recognised, UL has evaluated individual components or materials on the complete product or system. UL Recognized therefore only applies to components and only the corresponding component brand is allowed in advertising.

CSA certification

The product has obtained the Canadian quality and safety stamp. CSA, as you may have guessed, stands for the Canadian Standards Association, which issues labels for electrical, mechanical or 'risk' products. CSA certification is recognized throughout much of the world. The logo is found on a number of North American electronics, gas stoves and personal protective equipment.

Find the right abb wiring duct

We can offer no less than 28 different abb wire ducts. This includes e.g. ducts made from lead-free thermoplastic, which is resistant to both acid, oil and other lubricants. They have quality and the color RAL 7030 in common. They are delivered in 2 meters length.
