These bricks allow you to reduce the profile height of almost any base frame, steel and concrete foundation. They are quickly mounted on applications with electric, gas and diesel engines, compressors and generators, gearboxes, turbines and of course pumps and fans, which we here at the shop specialize in. We carry the standard series CS, CSTR and ASTR.
CS Series
These are reliable carbon steel bricks for indoor use in small applications. With these, both costs in relation to the machine's life cycle and hassle are saved, as they are created so that no parts get stuck when turned.
CTR Series
If the indoor climate is on the harsher side in the form of moisture and salt, the surface-treated bricks are preferable to give you good corrosion protection. Every single brick and component receives loving special treatment at the factory, whereby you can be sure of an optimal and consistent result.
ASR Series
Sometimes it's wise to keep a low profile. And ASTR does that in the cool way. The low-profile elements are ideal for repair projects or fixed systems where the height of the bricks is predetermined and where milled, shims or epoxy bricks were previously used.
Sunnex – everything in machine brackets and machine bolts
If anyone stands firmly on their feet, it's the developers at Sunnex. They have 50 years of experience in anti-vibration, leveling and sound-absorbing solutions for conveyor belts and all other types of equipment that for one reason or another you are forced to place on an uneven surface. The range of anti-vibration rubber is suitable for any type of vibration that the surface and floor would otherwise cause.
Machine assembly in practice
The anchoring is done by means of a bolt, and the various pressure plates distribute the vibration of the machine in the rubber, which thereby does not get hold of the floor surface and creates noise nuisance. The MHD and SM machine mountings are produced in cast iron, which can withstand heavy loads.
If it is only about leveling medium-heavy plastic, workshop or graphics machines, it is WM wedge shoes you should get hold of. These have a more limited adjustment interval, but can be placed freely and thus not attached to the machine.
SP cushions are also easy to install and provide vibration and noise reduction here and now – they come in different sizes and stiffnesses, preventing smaller machines from "wandering" and moving.
OSM Series
Avoid vibration and level the machine. With Sunnex OSM machine feet you achieve anti-vibration and height adjustment in one and the same product for punching and embossing machines, injection molding processes and other industrial plants.
They consist of a classic galvanized steel chassis (OSM1, OSM2 and OSM3) as well as a powerful nitrile rubber damping element resistant to the vast majority of industrial chemicals such as fat, acid, oil and cooling emulsions. The shoes have a maximum load of a staggering 5500 kg.
Model OSM1, OSM2 are also available in a stainless steel version. If you want yellow chromation, look for OSM4 and OSM5. Products related to these machine mounts are LLM and AM, which can be used on small pumps and compressors.
Rubber feet for Vaillant
Do you use an aroTHERM 3-7 kW air-to-water pump from German Vaillant for home heating of new buildings or in connection with energy renovation? Then we have the rubber feet to match, which are quickly mounted so that neither you nor your neighbour are bothered by noise from the space-saving heat pump. The pumps are prepared for the Smart Grid, which you will benefit from if you run with variable electricity price.
Minimize vibrations by proper installation
In addition to the energy savings from underfloor heating and low flow temperatures that this system provides, the 4 small vibration dampers ensure stable operation and the least possible noise nuisance. Of course, this presupposes that the installer does the job properly, that the product is level and that he or she knows the distance requirements on the outdoor part. They basically read as follows:

Although they are now sold under the name, IAC Acoustics A/S, vibration damping is just as effective as you have been used to. IAC Nordic is a leader in sound damping materials and has everything from vibration, shock and floor dampers to vibration damping plates and stainless steel solutions. We concentrate on vibration and vibration dampers as well as rubber buffers for damping blows from cranes, trolleys, doors and gates.
AD/RAD
In this series of cylindrical dampers, you can choose from three rubber hardnesses:
White 45 ± 5 to FDA specifications
Red 55 ± 5 according to FDA specifications
Black 65 ± 5
They have oil-resistant NR-SBR material in common, which has undergone a vulcanization process and consists of electrically delayed threaded hole steel discs. The applications are many if you need noise suppression and shear force of machines with circulation speeds above 1200 rpm – use them for fans, pumps, electric motors, even converters and compressors. Stainless steel AD is approved for the food industry.
SDD vibration damper
When it comes to noise reduction of stationary machine installations such as heat pumps, the SDD versions are ideal. The rubber part, in turn, is vulcanized and is available in different hardnesses and threads. If you have specific requirements, it is worth knowing that the SD dimmers can be custom-made. Should it happen we do not have what you are looking for, please contact the vibration department directly. With 60 years of experience, they can easily change the choice of materials and thread depth.
